Warranty Policy

Unless specifically stated, consumable TCM products are not covered by warranty.

For eligible non-consumable products, warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use.

Warranty does not cover:

• Misuse
• Improper handling
• Accidental damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorised modifications

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
